Does it require a lot of equipment?
Nope! Not at all! The best part about this challenge is during our Goal Planning session where we personalize your workout based on the equipment you already own or if you don’t, we’ll customize a plan that doesn’t involve any at all!
What if I travel during the 90 days?
No worries! The beauty of this challenge is that it’s completely virtual so nothing changes for you! If you’d like, we can add in a special travel program if needed. The App also has all the videos so you’re not missing anything!
Will Better Body 90 Day Challenge work for me?
Abso-freakin’-lutely! It’s helped so many of my past clients and they’ve seen MASSIVE wins! If you put in the work and commit to the challenge, you will see your desired results!
What happens after I enroll?
Once you’ve made the decision to work towards a better body, you’ll be sent a calendar link where you’ll schedule your 15 minute Goal Planning Session with me. Then, you’ll receive a link to show you how to set up your app profile (Kelly Fennelly App). Next, you’ll print/screenshot your meal plan/pantry list (as discussed in our Goal Planning session). Once you’ve completed these steps you’re off to the races! It;s time to starting workin’ out and start seeing long-lasting results!
